How It Works

Turn a familiar film into an evening of shared food and small movie moments. Start with a guide, choose your dishes, and use the preparation plan that fits your family.

1. Choose a movie

Browse the movie guides. Each guide brings its menu, serving cues, recipes, preparation plans, shopping lists and decorating ideas together.

2. Plan your table

Use the guest control for 1 to 20 people. Portions are designed for tasting through the film. Choose Homemade or Quick prep for each recipe and check full-batch yields before shopping. Whole baking batches can make extras.

3. Choose when to cook

Before pressing play helps you prepare ahead and follow holding and reheating notes. A dedicated host can cook during the movie but will miss parts of the film. Allow extra time for larger groups and limited oven space.

4. Shop and prepare

Open the guide’s Homemade or Quick prep shopping list. Each movie also links its Samsung Food collection, where you can gather ingredients and explore the grocery options available in your area. Retailer availability and sign-in requirements vary.

5. Serve with the story

Follow the SERVE AT cues and recognizable scenes. Opening logos or different editions can shift the clock; approximate cues are marked with ~. Pause when the food needs longer. Follow the recipe’s cooking and food-safety instructions.

Make the night yours

You can choose fewer dishes, use a shortcut, or prepare the whole meal before watching. Recipe, shopping and serving checklists each track their own job. Progress is remembered in your browser when storage is available.

Choose a movie guide or browse the recipes. Have an idea for a future guide? Send a movie request or share your movie night.
